ANALISIS PRAANGGAPAN DAN TIPE PERTANYAAN PADA INTEROGASI PENYIDIK TERHADAP TERPERIKSA DALAM KASUS PENCURIAN DAN PENGANIAYAAN DI POLDA KALBAR
Abstract
The process of taking the Minutes of Examination (BAP) involves a question and answer which is considered as a speech consideration. Speech must meet the introduction of turn-taking, answering the beginning or end of the conversation and making corrections when needed. The response from the examinee is one of the conditions for the fulfillment of the rules in the speech act. This study aims to analyze the presuppositions and types of questions contained in the questions posed by the investigator to the examinee (in this case the suspect) so that it can be known whether what is contained in the investigation and conveyed in the form of speech that can be reached by the examinee so that the examinee's answers can be ascertained. expected . This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The data in this study is a conversation between the investigator and the examinee in the interrogation process in a theft and search case. Data was collected through listening, recording, and transcribing the conversations of the examinee during the interrogation process. The steps of data analysis are: (1) preventing investigators' presuppositions against the examinee. (2) Classifying the types of investigative questions for the examinee. The results of the analysis found (1) The type of presupposition that most dominantly plays a role in the KPKS investigative interview is Lexical presupposition. (2) . The most dominant types that played a role in the interrogation of KPKS and KPy were direct open-ended questions, with 102 occurrences; around 27.1%.
