MODEL GERAK SENAM IRAMA UNTUK PESERTA DIDIK SEKOLAH DASAR
Abstract
Rhythmic gymnastics learning media is one of the most important materials in learning physical education, sports and health, because this is expected to be able to improve development according to the level of child development. However, at the time of implementation it was still not as expected. The purpose of this research is to produce a product in the form of a rhythmic gymnastic model for elementary school students. The media development method in this study is the ADDIE model (analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). This development research, classifies the test subjects into two as follows: Expert test subjects and student research test subjects. The trial subjects in this development research were elementary school students in Jongkong sub-district, Kapuas Hulu district. The trial was carried out through several stages. The stages of the Rhythm Gymnastics movement test, small group trials, and large group trials. The technique of determining the test subjects in this development research is using the purposive sampling method so that 34 students become the sample. The validation results of dance experts, gymnastics experts and sports teachers in the mansai dance-based rhythmic gymnastics learning model are in accordance with valid criteria or suitable for use with minor revisions. The results of the questionnaire assessment given to expert lecturers and teachers at SD Jongkong District an average score of 85.29% with the category strongly agree. The results of this study prove that the rhythmic gymnastics movement model based on mansai dance is feasible to use and can be used by sports practitioners and sports teachers, especially in elementary schools.
