This study aims to describe the components of context, input, process and product of PGP in SMA Kabupaten Kubu Raya. The method used is the CIPP model program evaluation research with a qualitative research approach. The research subjects were principals, vice principals, driving teachers at SMAN 1, Sungai Kakap 2, SMAN 1 Sungai Ambawang, SMAN 2 Kuala Mandor B, SMAIT Al Fityan and SMA Kemala Bhayangkari. Collecting data by interview, observation and document study. The findings of the contect component research indicate that the vision, mission, goals and school programs at SMAIT Al Fityan are very good while other schools need development to achieve the Pancasila Student Profile. The input components are in the good category of GP implementation, but the categories of budget, curriculum development, process and management of education in programming and providing space for GP empowerment in all schools need to be improved. The process component shows that GP learning leadership is very good at SMAIT Al Fityan. The self-development of all GPs is very good, while the overall development of peers is good. The product component shows that there is an increase in learning outcomes, the quality of GP includes learning leadership, self and peer development, being a role model, and starting to be empowered to become a leader. The conclusion of the PGP evaluation at SMA Kabupaten Kubu Raya is that PGP can improve student learning outcomes and the quality of GP in self and peer development, empowering GP.
