PENGARUH E-LEARNING DENGAN TTS BERBASIS HOT POTATOES TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISTEM EKSKRESI KELAS XI

Abstract
The aim of this research is to find out the effect of online learning using Hot
Potatoes application based crossword puzzle on students learning outcomes on
the structure and function of the human excretory system in class XI SMA Santo
Fransiskus Asisi. The research’s form is Pre-Experimental Design with One
Group Pretest-Posttest research design. The sample used in this research is XI
MIA class in SMA Santo Fransiskus Asisi, which amounts to 13 students.
Sampling using Saturated Sampling technique. Data collection was using pre-
test and post-test questions in the objective form. The results showed that mean
score of student learning outcomes before using the Hot Potatoes application
based crossword puzzle was 14,46 and mean score of student learning outcome
after using Hot Potatoes application based crossword puzzle of 18,15. The price
of Wilcoxon match pairs test with SPSS 22 programs is obtained 0,001 which
indicates that there is an effect of online learning using Hot Potatoes
application based crossword puzzle on students learning outcomes on the
structure and function of the human excretory system in class XI SMA Santo
Fransiskus Asisi.
