PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PT SARI BUMI KUSUMA PERBATASAN KALIMANTAN BARAT DAN KALIMANTAN TENGAH

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on the work productivity of

employees of PT Sari Bumi Kusuma Borders of West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan.
The research method uses an expost facto approach and a survey with a descriptive
method. The population in this study were employees of PT. Sari Bumi Kusuma Border of
West Kalimantan Central Kalimantan and sampling technique using census sampling
with a total of 54 people. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, interviews and
documentation. The results of this study indicate: (1) Shows that employees feel
motivated enough to do their job (2) Productivity of employees of PT. Sari Bumi Kusuma
The border of West Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan is quite high. (3) Work
Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity of. This is based on
the value of t arithmetic > t table (3.363 > 2.007) and a significance value of 0.001 <
0.05, then Ha is accepted. (4) The magnitude of the influence of work motivation on the
work productivity of employees of PT Sari Bumi Kusuma Borders West Kalimantan,
Central Kalimantan is 17.9%, including the Medium category.
