TINDAK TUTUR EKSPRESIF DALAM ACARA PERNIKAHAN MASYARAKAT SUKU DAYAK KERAMBAI ATAS KABUPATEN SANGGAU

This study aims to describe expressive speech acts in the wedding ceremony of the Dayak Kerambai Atas tribe, Sanggau Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative research form. The data sources in this study were the wedding ceremony of the Kerambai Atas Dayak community, and the Kerambai Atas Dayak speaking community who were involved with the wedding ceremony. The data collection technique used is the free-of-conversation listening technique, note-taking technique, and recording technique. The tools used in this study are voice recorders, and lists ornotes. Based on the results of data analysis, expressive speech acts in the wedding ceremony of the Dayak Kerambai Atas tribe, Sanggau Regency. First, there are forty-seven expressive speech acts which include eighteen expressive speech acts of criticizing, five expressive speech acts of congratulating, six expressive speech acts of blaming, six expressive speech acts of praise, six expressive speech acts of gratitude, and six expressive speech acts of apologizing. Second, there are fourteen functions of declarative sentences, twenty-three functions of imperative sentences, two functions of interrogative sentences, and seven functions of exclamatory sentences.
