PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR MELALUI METODE DEMONSTRASI ILMU PENGETAHUAN ALAM KELAS IV SDN 24 SUNGAI RAYA

Abstract


Improved methods of learning through demonstration methods of Natural Science 24 class IV river SDN Kingdom. This study aims to determine the increase in motivation to learn through demonstration method of Natural Sciences 24 River Elementary School Fourth Grade Kingdom. The research method used is descriptive method with the shape of the data used penggumpul observation sheet student and teacher observation sheet. From the analysis method to increase motivation visible demonstration of the issues that were peak at a value above the average. Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in the first cycle an average of 70% and in the second cycle increased to 95%. Improved skills of teachers to implement the demonstration method could increase from the average score of the first cycle of 67.50% increased in the second cycle to 92.50% has increased by 25% increase in student motivation effect on improving student learning outcomes are able to achieve average has reached the target of 6.7 KKM showed a significant increase.

Abstrak : Peningkatan metode belajar melalui metode demonstrasi Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam kelas IV SDN 24 Sungai Raya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar melalui metode demonstrasi Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Kelas IV SDN 24 Sungai Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk alat penggumpul data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi siswa dan lembar observasi guru. Dari hasil analisis metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan motivasi terlihat dari aspek yang sudah mencapi nilai diatas rata-rata. Motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik pada siklus I rata-rata 70% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 95%. Peningkatan keterampilan guru menerapkan metode demonstrasi dapat mengalami peningkatan dari skor rata-rata siklus I sebesaR 67,50% meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 92,50% mengalami kenaikan sebesar 25% peningkatan motivasi siswa berpengaruh pada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa mampu mencapai nilai rata-rata telah mencapai target kkm 6,7 menunjukkan peningkatan yang cukup signifikan.
