DESKRIPSI PERENCANAAN PENILAIAN OLEH GURU KELAS II FIRDAUS PADA PEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK DI SEKOLAH DASAR ISLAM AL AZHAR 21 PONTIANAK

Abstract
This study aims to describe the planning of the assessment by the second grade
teacher Firdaus. The type of research is descriptive research with case study
method. The subject of the study was the Class II teacher Firdaus SDI Al-Azhar
21 Southeast Pontianak. The research location is SDI Al-Azhar 21 Southeast
Pontianak. Data collection techniques are documentation, interviews, and
observations. The results showed that the attitude assessment planning was guided
by the Elementary School Assessment Guide with steps, determining the attitudes
to be observed referring to KI-1 and KI-2, determining indicators, compiling an
attitude assessment format using observation sheet and journal observation
techniques. Knowledge assessment planning with steps, making learning tools,
determining KKM, planning forms and assessment techniques. The form of
assessment consists of daily assessments and daily tests. The daily assessment is
designed with elements of the assessment components in the lesson plans and the
daily test is designed by making a grid of questions. Planning for skills assessment
is carried out for each basic competency with steps, namely making Prota, prosem,
mapping KD from KI 4, determining KKM, and designing assessment forms and
techniques such as practical techniques, products, written tests equipped with
elements of assessment components.
