Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of planning, implementation, evaluation as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of the cooperation program between teachers and parents in the service of children with special needs in TK LKIA II Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection through interview sheets, checklists, observations and documentation with the subject of the principal, 2 teachers and 4 parents of students. The general problem in this research is to describe the cooperation of teachers and parents in the service of children with special needs in TK LKIA II Pontianak. The results of the study show (1) Cooperation planning is done at the beginning of the semester. (2) The implementation of the cooperation is achieved as a whole, with evaluation results showing the implementation of the program. (3) This collaboration involves an external party, namely the Alley Health Community Health Center. (4) The difficulty of contacting students' parents when busy at work is an obstacle to this collaboration program.
