Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the implementation of school rules and regulations to improve discipline for class VIII B students at Mts Negeri 3 Wajok Hilir, Mempawah Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive form. Data collection techniques used are direct interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII B, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, Counseling Guidance teachers, and homeroom teachers of class VIII B at Mts Negeri 3. The results showed that the implementation of school rules and regulations to improve discipline for students of class VIII B had been carried out well. The researcher found that the rules were always implemented for all students of class VIII B which were carried out by the Vice Chancellor of Students, Counseling Guidance Teachers (BK), and homeroom teachers which were carried out preventively and repressively.
