PENGGUNAAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN ISPRING SUITE 8.0 UNTUK MEREDUKSI MISKONSEPSI PESERTA DIDIK

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of learning media ispring suite 8.0 to reduce student misconceptions on momentum and impulse material in SMA Negeri 1 Pontianak. The form of research used is a quasi-experimental with a pretestposttest control group design and a two-week pause for delay posttest. The research sample was obtained using the intact group random sampling technique, 30 students of class XI MIPA 7 as the experimental class and 30 students asthe control class. The data were obtained using a two-tier diagnostic test and analyzed to obtain the percentage reduction in the number of misconceptions, conceptual changes using the McNemar test, retention reduction of misconceptions and effectiveness using the formula for the proportion of the reduction in the number of misconceptions. Based on the results of the analysis that the use of learning media ispring suite 8.0 is effective in reducing student misconceptions with an average percentage reduction in the number of misconceptions of 85.6%, significant conceptual changes at a price of 𝜒 2 = 103.42, the number of students who have retention the reduction of misconceptions in the very good category was 66.7% and the effectiveness was 85.6% with the high category.
