EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN E-LEARNING DALAM PELAKSANAAN PROSES PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DI SMP NEGERI 13 PONTIANAK

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of e-learning in the implementation of the
mathematics learning process, especially on straight line equations in class VIII SMP
Negeri 13 Pontianak. Type of research is a case study. The research subjects in this
study were 12 students of class VIII-G SMP Negeri 13 Pontianak. Data collection
techniques used are direct observation techniques, measurement techniques, and
indirect communication techniques. Data collection tools in this study were observation
sheets, test questions, and questionnaires. The results showed that the use of e-learning
by teachers was mostly implemented in accordance with the learning implementation
plan. Student activity during the learning process with e-learning amounted to 47.62%
in the inactive category, the student's response to use e-learning amounted to 62.33%
in the less positive category. The learning outcomes of students who achieve the
minimum completeness are only 25%. So the conclusion that the e-learning is not
effectively used in the implementation of the mathematics learning process in class VIII
of SMP Negeri 13 Pontianak.
