META-ANALISIS PENGARUH COOPERATIVE LEARNING TERHADAP PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA
Abstract
Abstrak: Meta-analisis ini bertujuan untuk merangkum hasil penelitian tentang pengaruh cooperative learning dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa sehingga dapat diketahui: besar effect size (ES) rata-rata, tipe cooperative learning yang mempunyai effect size (ES) paling besar dan konsisten dan hubungan antar variabel terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar matematika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian survei. Jumlah hasil penelitian yang dirangkum adalah 22 skripsi mahasiswa pendidikan matematika FKIP Untan. Hasil analisis data menghasilkan bahwa sebesar 0,900 (berkontribusi sebesar 31,59%). Tipe cooperative learning yang menghasilkan pengaruh paling besar dan konsisten adalah Think Pair Share ( = 0,898, berkontribusi sebesar 31,33%). Dari hubungan antar variabel diperoleh bahwa pengaruh cooperative learning dalam peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang terbaik adalah penerapannya pada pembelajaran geometri dengan berbantuan LKS dan penggunaan pendekatan struktural di sekolah menengah atas.

Abstract: This meta-analysis aims to summarize the results of studies on the effects of cooperative learning in increasing students' mathematics learning outcomes that can be known: average of the effect size ( ), type of cooperative learning with the largest and most consistent effect size (ES) and relationships among the variables in increasing mathematics learning outcomes. The method of this research is descriptive research survey. The number of research results are summarized is 22 thesis of mathematics education students of FKIP Untan. The results of the data analysis yields that at 0.900 (contributed at 31.59%). Type of cooperative learning that generates the greatest and consistent influence is Think Pair Share ( = 0.898, contributed at 31.33%). Of the relationship between variables was obtained that the best influence of cooperative learning in increasing students' mathematics learning outcomes is its application to the study of geometry with the use of assisted LKS and structural approaches in high school
