PENERAPAN METODE INKUIRI DALAM PEMBELAJARAN ILMU PENGETAHUAN SOSIAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V
Abstract
Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan metode inkuiri pembelajaran IPS kelas V SDN 02 Nanga Embaloh Kapuas Hulu. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif, jenis penelitiannya penelitian tindakan kelas. Subyek adalah guru dan siswa berjumlah 20 siswa. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi langsung. Alat pengumpul data adalah lembar observasi guru dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, hasil penelitian; 1) kemampuan guru merencanakan pembelajaran IPS dengan motode inkuiri yaitu siklus I rata- rata 3,3, siklus II rata-rata 3,9, meningkat sebesar 0,6, 2) kemampuan guru melaksanakan pembelajaran IPS dengan motode inkuiri yaitu siklus I rata-rata 3,16, siklus II rata- rata 3,91, meningkat sebesar 0,75, 3) dengan menggunakan metode inkuiri ternyata dapat meningkatkan perolehan hasil belajar siswa yaitu siklus I sebesar 59 siklus II sebesar 89, meningkatan sebesar 30. Dengan menggunakan metode inkuiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pembelajaran IPS kelas V SDN 02 Nanga Embaloh Kapuas Hulu.

Abstract: The purpose of the research for improving student learning outcomes describe the method of inquiry teaching fifth grade social studies SDN 02 Nanga Embaloh Kapuas Hulu. The research method is descriptive, the type of classroom action research study. The subject is the teacher and the students numbered 20 students. The technique used is the technique of direct observation. Data collection tool is teacher observation sheets and student learning outcomes. The experiment was conducted in two cycles, the results of the study: 1) the ability of teachers to plan learning method possible IPS with the first cycle of inquiry that is on average 3.3 , the second cycle average of 3.9, an increase of 0.6, 2) the ability of teachers to implement instructional IPS method possible with the first cycle of inquiry that is on average 3.16, second cycle average of 3.91, an increase of 0.75, 3) using the method of inquiry was found to improve student learning outcomes , namely the acquisition of the first cycle of 59 second cycle of 89, increase by 30. By using the inquiry method can improve student learning outcomes fifth grade social studies lesson SDN 02 Nanga Embaloh Kapuas Hulu
