PEMANFAATAN FASILITAS BELAJAR DALAM MENUNJANG PROSES PEMBELAJARAN PPKN PESERTA DIDIK KELAS VIII

Abstract


Abstract

This research aims to knowing the use of learning facilities to support the learning process of
PKn students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sejangkung. This research method used a qualitative
with descriptive method. The data collection techniques used observation techniques, interview
guides, and documentation. The result showing (1) SMP Negeri 1 Sejangkung learning facilities
are in accordance with the standards set by government regulations, namely study rooms in the
form of classrooms and library rooms, lighting equipment, supporting books and also practical
tools. (2)The use of learning facilities has been utilized properly and correctly in supporting the
PPKn learning process starting from the study room, lighting equipment, supporting books to
practical tools in the form of an LCD to display videos related to theory. (3)However, there are
still some obstacles faced by PPKn teachers in using learning facilities such as hot study rooms,
lack of supporting books, lack of number of LCDs and lack of understanding in installing LCDs.
(4) But it can still be overcome such as using a fan to reduce hot room temperature, using the
internet to increase knowledge, asking for help from other teachers in installing LCD.
