HUBUNGAN KECERDASAN DAYA JUANG LATAR BELAKANG PENDIDIKAN DAN POLA KOMUNIKASI DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS

This study to determine correlation between adversity quotient, educational background, and parental communication patterns with students social studies learning outcomes. This research uses ex-post facto study with quantitative approach using correlational method carried out in class V South Pontianak Public Elementary Schools. Sample was 262 students. Data collection carried out using questionnaire and documentation instruments. Determination of the correlation using calculation of correlation between variables and multiple correlation. Research result on the correlation between adversity quotient and students learning outcomes shows rcount 0,432> rtable 0,138 were categorized as sufficient, the correlation between the parents educational background and students learning outcomes shows rcount 0.523> rtable 0.138 were categorized as sufficient, the correlation between parental communication patterns and students learning outcomes shows rcount 0.646> rtable 0.138 were categorized as strong, the simultaneus correlation between adversity quotient and parental communication patterns on students learning outcomes shows rcount 0.677> rtable 0.138 were categorized as strong and had a combined contribution of 45.9%, consisting of 9.5% adversity quotient and 36.4% parental communication patterns. So it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between adversity quotient, parents educational background, and parental communication patterns with students social studies learning outcomes at South Pontianak Elementary Schools
