PENERAPAN MODEL COURSE REVIEW HORAY UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR TENTANG FLUIDA STATIS DI SMK

Abstract


Abstract This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the Course Review Horay towarded students’s study result at class X SMK SMTI Pontianak in 2019/2020 academic years. The sample of the research was the students of class X machining techniques graders with 34 students. The method used in this research was preexperimental method with the one-group pretest-posttest design. The instrument used in the study of data collection was essay test with 5 questions. Samples of study were purposive sampling and selected base on Physics teacher’s recommendation. The sample of the research was chose by using purposive sampling technique selected base on Physics teacher’s SMK SMTI Pontianak recommendation. The data were analyzed descriptively by using Wilcoxon test (SPSS 20). The result ohf tstudent achievement test were analized by N-gain formula had increased 0.57 (medium). The use of Course Review Horay is effective to increase students’achievement about fluid static or hydrostatics concepts with effect size score obtained 3,22 (high). Improving learning seen from the results of a pretest and posttest are filled by student. The result of the research showed the students' sudy result in physics fluid static learning an increase of 37,56. Keywords: Learning Model Course Review Horay, Study Result .
