PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL DAN PEDAGOGIK TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI SUBRAYON 2 SANGGAU

Abstract


Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of professional competence and pedagogic on the performance of public high school teachers in subdistrict 2 Sanggau. This study uses a quantitative research method with a survey approach type. The population in this study were teachers who taught at State Senior High Schools Sanggau Regency. While the sampling was carried out through the simple random sampling method, in order to obtain as many as 67 teachers with 32 male respondents and 35 female respondents who had taken the Teacher Competency Test. Data collection techniques in this study apply indirect communication techniques with a tool in the form of a questionnaire using the google form application. The results of the study state that (1) Professional has a significant and positive effect on teacher performance by 48.5%. (2) Pedagogic has a significant and positive effect on teacher performance by 48.9% (3) Professional and Pedagogic together have a significant effect on teacher performance by 54.5%. The conclusion is that there is a significant influence between professional competence and pedagogical competence on the performance of teachers in subdistrict 2 of Sanggau. The implication is that if professional and pedagogical increases, teacher performance will also increase. Keywords: Professional Competence, Pedagogy, Teacher Performance
