Students who do not have an interest in learning about a PPKn subject will automatically feel boring and lack enthusiasm in following the lesson. Therefore, in increasing students' interest in learning, a teacher must master the material being taught and be skilled at teaching it, namely by using learning methods by paying attention to the conditions of students in the class. The results showed that the lesson plan (RPP) that was made by the teacher included a plan for methods, models, media and learning material sources, while the learning process that the teacher strived for was class management, using appropriate learning methods according to the material and hours of learning activities.
