VARIASI LATIHAN UNTUK MENGEMBANGKAN KEMAMPUAN PASSING DALAM PERMAINAN FUTSAL

Passing is a very important part in indoor football, many athletes still could not do proper passing, and thus the ball is being difficult to control because the technique of passing practice is facing each other with a distance of 5 meters. This study aims to find out the training variation on passing ability in indoor football games. This is quantitative research in the form of experiments with one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were students of SMP Negeri 01 Sungai KAKAP that follow extracurricular indoor football, and the sample was taken using a saturated sampling technique, comprising twelve students and randomly divided into twelve teams. The results of the study showed an average pre-test of 11.33 and an average post-test score of 12.67. In the data analysis, after the treatment, the tcount by 5.49 obtained the percentage of influence by 11.47%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of variations in training can develop passing abilities in indoor football games.
