Abstract

This thesis is entitled Analysis of Social Capital in the Implementation of Indigenous Marriage of the Sane Dayak Community in Togan Baru Village, Tanah Pinoh Barat. A common problem in this study is how social capital in the implementation of Sane Dayak Indigenous Marriage in Togan Baru Village, Tanah Pinoh Barat. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative research approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data processing and analysis techniques through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that; binding social capital, that is a bond between people in the same situation, such as close family, close friends and neighborhood. bridging, which includes ties that are more lax than some people, such as distant friends and coworkers; and those who connect, who reach people in different situations, such as those who are completely outside the community, thus encouraging their members to use more resources than are available in the community. The form is in the form of material assistance, and energy from extended families, coworkers and people outside the community (such as invitations) in the implementation of the traditional marriage of the Dayak Sane community in Togan Baru Village, West Pinoh Barat.
