PENGARUH MODEL COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIPE JIGSAW TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN DRIBBLE BOLA BASKET PADA PESERTA DIDIK MTS NEGERI 1 PONTIANAK

Abstract

The research problem is that in the school many students are not accustomed to mastering basic motion when dribbling basketball. The purpose of this study is: "to determine the effect of the cooperative learning model type of jiksaw on the learning outcomes of basic dribble motion skills in basketball learning for students of MTs Negeri 1 Pontianak ".The research method used is the experimental method. The population in this study was grade VIII students of MTs Negeri 1 Pontianak, amounting to 59 students of which 30 students were class VIII A and 29 students were class VIII B. Samples from this study were 30 students, with one group pretest-posttest design research design. The conclusions obtained from the average data increase at pretest 59.52, while at posttest 81.43. From the results of the test data it is obtained that the tcount is 8,331 while ttable1,699 at the significance level α = 0.05 with dk (n-1) (30-1) = 29. The testing criteria are if tcount 8,331> ttable 1,699 then Ho is rejected and Ha be accepted. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence on the type of cooperative learning model jigsaw on the ability of basketball Dribble. The percentage increase of 36.79%.
