PENGARUH MODEL NHT DISERTAI BUKU SAKU TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SUB MATERI STRUKTUR JARINGAN TUMBUHAN

Abstract


Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the influence of Numbered Heads Together learning model accompanied pocket book toward learning outcomes in plant tissue structure sub materials on grade XIth SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak. The form of this research was a quasy experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. The study sample consists of two classes namely grade XIth IPA 1 as a class experiment and grade XIth IPA 2 as a grade control, the sampling was taken by intact group. The instrument that been used was multiple choice test included 20 questions. The average learning outcomes of students in experiment class is 14.57, while in control class is 12.03. The results of analysis by U Mann-Whitney test, obtained Zcount < -Ztable is 3.59 < 1.96, it’s meant there were differences between students that taught by using Numbered Heads Together learning model accompanied pocket book with students that taught by using conventional learning model. The value of effect size is 0.88 with high category, gave the contribution 31.06% toward learning outcomes of plant tissue structurep sub materials on grade XIth IPA SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak. The conclusion from this research was that using Numbered Heads Together learning model accompanied pocket book the influence toward learning outcomes in plant tissue structure sub materials on grade XIth IPA SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak.
