Abstract

Group guidance service is a process of guidance that is carried out in groups by guidance and counseling teachers in schools to prevent problems in students. Students who are given services in order to avoid problems that might arise due to excessive teenage emotions so that students are able to manage, control and control properly. Therefore the researchers want to know more about the analysis of the implementation of group guidance services about juvenile delinquency in class XI SMA SANTUN UNTAN Pontianak.The problem in this research is "How is the Group Guidance Service on Juvenile Delinquency Learners in the XI Class of Santun Untan High School Pontianak?". This study aims to obtain an overview of group guidance services about juvenile delinquency in class XI SMA SANTUN UNTAN Pontianak.The method used is descriptive method and the form of research is survey study. The population in this study were 30 students of class XI SMA SANTUN UNTAN Pontianak. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used are indirect communication techniques with data collection tools in the form of questionnaires. While the data analysis technique uses a percentage formula.
