Abstract
This research is entitled "The Role of the Forbest Community of Transvestites in Actualizing Existence in Teluk Keramat District, Sambas Regency. The aim of the study was to describe the role of the Forbest community administrator as a coach, the role of the board in directing and the role of the board as a role model. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The data sources used are primary sources and secondary data sources. Data management and analysis techniques go through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the role of administrators as coaches in actualizing their existence is by fostering skills independence, providing training that contains additional knowledge members can live independently and be creative in thinking. (2) the role of the board in directing members of the transgender Forbset community by providing guidance and giving guidance through debriefing skills and providing motivation in helping members develop their potential. (3) The role of the board as an example is to provide a good example to build character by planting moral values and values through life skills.
