PENGARUH MODEL VALUE CLARIFICATION TECHNIQUE TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PKn SISWA DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract
This study aimed to analize the influence of Value Clarification Technique model to the learning outcomes of Civic Education learning for third grade students public elementary school 66 Pontianak Kota. The method used was the experimental method, with form quasi experimental design, and used nonequivalent control group design. The population in this research are all the student in third grade students public elementary school 66 Pontianak Kota with total 57 students. The sampling technique used probability sampling with simple random sampling. Data collection technique used test technique. Research instrument used was written test with form objective test. Based on the data analysis, the average posttest of control class and experiment class are 69,914 and 77,054. Based on the calculation t-test was obtained 2,879 and (α = 0,05 dk = 55) is 2,005 then 2,879 >2,005, so Ha accepted. It can be concluded that there was an influence of learning outcomes between control class and experiment class. Based the calculation of effect size, obtained the result 0,801 which classified in high category. The conclusion of this study, there had influence of Value Clarification Technique model to learning outcomes of Civic Education Learning for third grade students public elementary school 66 Pontianak Kota.
