FUNGSI SOSIALISASI REPRESIF TERHADAP PERILAKU DISIPLIN SISWA DI SMA ISLAM BAWARI PONTIANAK
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fungsi sosialisasi represif terhadap perilaku disiplin siswa di SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa penerapan sosialisasi represif kepada siswa yang bersalah, sekolah terlebih dahulu membentuk aturan yang melibatkan seluruh anggota sekolah, setelah disepakati, sekolah mensosialiasikan aturan tersebut kepada siswa. Sedangkan bentuk sosialisasi represif diberikan kepada siswa sesuai dengan jenis pelanggaran dan intensitas pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh siswa, dengan penggolongan hukuman yang terbagi atas tiga bentuk yaitu, hukuman terhadap pelanggaran bersifat umum, khusus, dan sangat khusus. Selain itu dalam penerapan aturan di SMA Islam bawari memiliki pengawas disiplin sekolah, yang bertugas menjaga ketertiban seluruh anggota sekolah. Fungsi sosialisasi represif di SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak telah cukup baik yaitu dengan berkurangnya jumlah pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh siswa dan tanggapan-tanggapan siswa yang positif terhadap berlangsungnya sosialisasi represif di sekolah.

This research aim to know the function of behavior repressive socialization students in high school discipline Islam Bawari Pontianak. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative approach. Results of finding analysis showed that application of repressive socialization to the guilty students, schools must first establish rules involving all members of the school, after a deal, the socialization school rules to the students. While the form of repressive socialization given to students in accordance with the type of offense and the intensity of offenses committed by students, with the punishment classification, divided into three forms, namely, punishment for violations are general, specific, and very specific. Also in application of Islamic rule in high school had Bawari school discipline supervisors, in charge of policing the entire school. Repressive socialization function in SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak has been enough good, that with a reduced number of violations committed by the students and the students responses are positive towards progress repressive socialization in school.
