使用图片教具帮助PANCASILA古务拉雅高中学生学习汉语生词

In learning language, vocabulary has important role because its function to help the students in expressing their intention, especially in learning Mandarin. However, Mandarin has both a lot of vocabulary and types of vocabulary itself which is not convenient to master them as well. As a result, the writer used picture to help students in recognizing and reading the vocabulary.
The aim of this research to identify whether or no picture whether can improve the students’ skill in memorizing vocabulary. The object of this research was the students of SMA PancasilaKubu Raya. The finding showed that after exercising by using picture, the percentage of student’s error decreased from 66.5 % in the pretest to 14% in the post test. In conclusion, using picture as media in teaching Mandarin can help students to improve their skill in memorizing the vocabulary.
