EFEKTIVITAS MODEL PEMBELAJARAN NUMBERED HEAD TOGETHER UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI SISWA KELAS X SMA N 1 TELUK BATANG TAHUN AJARAN 2012/2013

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether the presence or absence of differences in students' learning outcomes and motivation to material problems with the State's economy taught learning model numbered head together and conventional learning in class X IPS second half of SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Batang . This is a form of quasi-experimental research (Quasi-Experiment Research). The study population consisted of two classes of class X IPS F as an experimental class and X-class IPS G as a control with the number of 64 students. data collection techniques used by researchers is a measurement technique that tests matter and indirect communication techniques with a data collection tool Questionnaire. The processing of the data using SPSS version 18 computer assistance. Results Analysis of the data showed that There is a difference between motivation and learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class class X IPS SMA N 1 Teluk Batang academic year 2012/2013. While the students' motivation in classroom experiments relatively high at 87.5% and student learning outcomes by 100%. While the control class students' motivation is low in the amount of 46.875% and student learning outcomes by 50%.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada tidaknya perbedaan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi masalah perekonomian Negara diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran numbered head together dan pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas X IPS semester II SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Batang. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi Experiment Research). Populasi penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas X IPS F sebagai kelas eksperimen dan X IPS G sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah 64 siswa. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah teknik pengukuran yang berupa Tes soal dan teknik komunikasi tidak langsung dengan alat pengumpul data berupa Angket. Adapun pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan komputer SPSS versi 18. Hasil Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat perbedaan antara motivasi dan hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol siswa kelas X IPS SMA N 1 Teluk Batang tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Pada motivasi belajar siswa pada kelas ekperimen tergolong tinggi yaitu sebesar 87,5% dan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 100%. Sedangkan pada kelas kontrol motivasi siswa tergolong rendah yaitu sebesar 46,875% dan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 50%.
