PENGARUH PERAN KEPALA SEKOLAH SEBAGAI PEMIMPIN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI SEKOLAH TERHADAP KEPUASAN GURU DI SMP NEGERI KECAMATAN TEBAS KABUPATEN SAMBAS

Quality education is certainly a hope for society and government. Quality education will produce the quality of graduates who are able to compete in this era of globalization and this challenging era, which will ultimately contribute to the success of development.The result of the research indicates that 1) the influence of principal leadership role (X1) on teacher work satisfaction (Y) Beta (b1) is 0.282 = 28.20 %, 2) the influence of school organizational culture (X2) on teacher work satisfaction (Y) Beta (B1) equal to 0,526 = 52,60 %; 3) influence of principal role as leader (X1) and school organizational culture (X2) to teacher work satisfaction equal to 0,476 or 47,60 %. The result of F test seen on the ANOVA output from multiple linear regression analysis shows that Fcount > Ftable (35,482 > 3,114). The role of headmaster as a leader influences significantly on job satisfaction of SMP Negeri teacher in Tebas sub-district of Sambas district. School organizational culture significantly influences teacher job satisfaction of SMP Negeri in Tebas sub-district Sambas district. Role of headmaster as leader and School organizational culture together have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of SMP Negeri teacher in Kecamatan Tebas Sambas District.
