FONOLOGI BAHASA DAYAK MENTERAP KABUT
Abstract
Judul penelitian ini adalah Fonologi Bahasa Dayak Menterap Kabut. Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai pendeskripsian aspek fonetik dan fonemik bahasa Dayak Menterap Kabut. Penelitian fonologi termasuk ke dalam penelitian lingusitik struktural, metode penelitiannya deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa bunyi-bunyi bahasa dalam bahasa Dayak Menterap Kabut dengan sumber data adalah bahasa yang dituturkan oleh penutur asli bahasa Dayak Menterap Kabut yang diperoleh melalui pengamatan dan pencatatan lapangan secara langsung. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dua teknik dasar, yaitu teknik sadap dan teknik pancing. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut. 1. Bunyi vokal berjumlah sepuluh, yaitu: [i], [u], [u:], [e], [], [o], [o:], [], [a], dan [a:]. 2. Bunyi konsonan berjumlah 25, yaitu: [p], [p>], [b], [t], [t>], [d], [c], [j], [k], [k>], [/], [g], [s], [h], [m], [pm], [n], [tn], [, [N], [kN], [, [l], [w], dan [y]. 3. Bunyi diftong berjumlah empat, yaitu: [ay], [aw], [iw], dan [uy]. 4. Fonem vokal berjumlah tujuh, yaitu: /i/, /u/, /e/, //, /o/, /a/, dan /a:/. 5. Fonem konsonan berjumlah 18: yaitu: /p/, /b/, /t/, /d/, /c/, /j/, /k/, /g/, /s/, /h/, /m/, /n/, /, /N/, /, /l/, /w/, dan /y/. 6. Diftong berjumlah empat, yaitu: /ay/, /aw/, /iw/, dan /uy/.

Abstact: The little of this research is Phonology of Menterap Kabut Language. The purpose of this research is as the tool to describe the phonetics and phonemics aspect of Dayak Menterap Kabut. Phonology research is a part of structural language research wheter the method used in this research is descriptive with qualitative research form. The data are the sounds in Dayak Menterap Kabut Language the source of the data is the language while the source of the data is the language spoken by the native speaker of Dayak Menterap Kabut Language. The data were taken by observation and field note. The tachnique of data collecting was conducted with two technique, they are bug dan bouch technique. Based on the result of this research, the writer concluded that: 1. there are ten vocal sounds, they are: [i], [u], [u:], [e], [], [o], [o:], [], [a], dan [a:]. 2. there are twenty five conconant sounds, they are: [p], [p>], [b], [t], [t>], [d], [k], [k>], [/], [g], [c], [j], [s], [h], [m], [pm], [n], [tn], [, [N], [kN], [, [l], [w], dan [y]. 3. there are four diphthongs, they are: [ay], [aw], [iw], dan [uy]. 4. they are seven vocal phonemics, they are /i/, /u/, /e/, //, /o/, /a/, dan /a:/. 5. they are eighteen conconant phonemics, they are: /p/, /b/, /t/, /d/, /c/, /j/, /k/, /g/, /s/, /h/, /m/, /n/, /, /N/, /, /l/, /w/, dan /y/. 6. there are four diphthong, they are: /ay/, /aw/, /iw/, dan /uy/.
