PENERAPAN STRATEGI THINK TALK WRITE TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS IV SD

Abstract
This research is to analyze the effect of the implementation of the strategy Think Talk Write on learning outcomes Math of fourth grade students of SDN 03 Pontianak City.
The method used in this study is an experimental method to form the study was Quasi Experimental Design, with experimental design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population were all fourth grade students of SDN 03 Pontianak City. The sample in this research is class IV A (control) and IV B (experiment) SDN 03 Pontianak City numbering 65 people. Based on statistical calculations of the average final test experimental class average of 78.06 and learning results of final test control class 65.98 final test data of 2.84 and ttable 1.67035, because t (2,84) > ttabel (1.67035), so Ha is received. Thus, it can be concluded that there are significant implementation of strategies Think Talk Write to student learning outcomes in mathematics in the fourth grade SDN 03 Pontianak City. From the calculation of effect size (ES), obtained by ES of 0.64 (moderate criteria). This means the implementation of strategies Think Talk Write the integers summing material influence and being the learning outcomes of students in the fourth grade SDN 03 Pontianak City.
