PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS TEKS EKSPOSISI MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK DENGAN METODE INKUIRI DI MAN 2 FILAIL PONTIANAK

This research is motivated low skills students MAN 2 Filial Pontianak in writing the text Exposition. Values in students can not reach KKM 75 set by the school. The problem is caused due to the learning process there are still many students who have not been able to determine the structure and rules of text exposition. Additionally, when students are asked to write a text exposition are still many difficulties in writing the text of the exposition. Therefore, the value or the results of students in writing the text exposition is still in the low category is 63.83. The method used in this research is descriptive and form research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The data source of this research is the teacher, the class X as many as 30 students and documents. The data in this study is the RPP, observed and learned how to write text exposition. The technique used in this research is a measurement technique is test for writing text exposition, observation and documentary studies. Based on the assessment criteria in writing the text of the exposition of students has increased from the aspect of content, structure, vocabulary, sentence and mechanics. The average value of student learning outcomes before CAR with an average of 63.83. Then, the results of student writing in the first cycle by using the inquiry method has increased by an average of 69.5. Furthermore, the value of the second cycle increased again by an average of 77.6. Based on these data the result of the student's writing, from the first cycle to the second cycle also increased.
