PENGARUH MODEL COOPERATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PADA MATERI KELARUTAN DAN HASILKALI KELARUTAN

Abstract


Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan perbedaan dan pengaruh model pembelajaran Cooperative Problem Solving terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Sungai Pinyuh pada materi kelarutan dan hasilkali kelarutan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPA3 sebagai kelas kontrol yang diperoleh dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Dengan menggunakan uji U-Mann Whitney, diperoleh Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) = 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang berarti ada perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa kelas kontrol dan siswa kelas eksperimen pada materi kelarutan dan hasilkali kelarutan. Hasil dari perhitungan effect size, diperoleh nilai ES = 1,35 yang berarti penerapan model pembelajaran Cooperative Problem Solving memberikan pengaruh sebesar 41,15% terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract: This research aimed to determine of the differences and the effect of Cooperative Problem Solving learning model to the learning outcomes of students of class XI SMAN 1 Sungai Pinyuh on the material solubility and solubility product. This research is a quasi-experimental research with the study design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample in this research were students of class XI IPA1 as an experimental class and class XI IPA3 as the control class obtained by simple random sampling technique. By using the U-Mann-Whitney test, obtained Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 <0.05 so that Ha accepted and Ho rejected, which means that there are differences in learning outcomes between the control class and experimental class students on the material solubility and solubility product. The results of the calculation of effect size, the value ES = 1,35, which means the implementation of cooperative problem solving learning model of influence by 41,15% against an increase in student learning outcomes.
