QUANTUM TEACHING DENGAN KERANGKA TANDUR UNTUK MEREMEDIASI KESULITAN BELAJAR SISWA MAN 1 KUBU RAYA

Abstract


Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran quantum teaching dengan kerangka TANDUR dalam meremediasi kesulitan belajar siswa kelas X MIA1 di MAN 1 Kubu Raya pada materi perpindahan kalor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Pre-Experimental Design dengan rancangan One Group Pretest-Posttest yang melibatkan 33 siswa sebagai sampel yang dipilih secara intact group. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penurunan kesulitan belajar siswa dalam memahami konsep sebesar 35,60% dan dalam perhitungan matematis sebesar 55,49% setelah diberikan remediasi. Model pembelajaran quantum teaching dengan kerangka TANDUR efektif dalam meremediasi kesulitan belajar siswa kelas X MIA1 MAN 1 Kubu Raya dengan rata-rata harga proporsi penurunan jumlah kesalahan siswa pada pemahaman konsep sebesar 0,42 (kategori sedang) dan dalam perhitungan matematis sebesar 0,56 (kategori sedang). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif kegiatan remediasi untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa.

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of quantum teaching’s model TANDUR method in remediating learning difficulties by grade X science students at MAN 1 Kubu Raya on heat transfer. The research method used was Pre-Experimental with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design that involved 33 students as sample selected by intact group. The results shows students’ difficulties of understanding concept was decreased by 35,60%  and  in mathematical calculations was decreased  by 55,49% after remediation. Quantum teaching’s model TANDUR method is effective to remediate the students’ learning difficulties on heat transfer with the average price of the proportion the number of  errors students in understanding the concept of  0,42 (moderate) and in mathematical calculations proportion of  0,56 (moderate). This research is
expected to be used as an alternative in remediation activity for the students in
order to solve students’ learning difficulties.
