PENGARUH SUPERVISI AKADEMIK DAN IKLIM KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI DI KECAMATAN

Abstract


Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) Supervisi Akademik terhadap Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di kecamatan Simpang Hulu; (2) Iklim Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di kecamatan Simpang Hulu; (3) Supervisi Akademik dan Iklim Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di kecamatan Simpang Hulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitis. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru-guru pegawai negeri Sekolah Dasar Negeri di kecamatan Simpang Hulu dengan jumlah subyek penelitian 65 (enam puluh lima) orang. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai 35,10%; (2) terdapat pengaruh iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai 40,50%; dan (3) terdapat pengaruh supervisi akademik dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai 28,30%.

Abstract: This research seeks to find out the influence of (1) academic supervision to teachers performance at State Elementary Schools in Simpang Hulu District; (2) working circumstance to teachers performance at State Elementary Schools in Simpang Hulu District; (3) the combination of academic supervision and working circumstance to teachers performance at State Elementary Schools in Simpang Hulu District. The approach of this research is quantitative and the method used is descriptive analysis. The subject of this research is teachers with Civil Servant status teaching at State Elementary Schools in Simpang Hulu District. The Subject number is 65 (sixty five) teachers. Data analysis results in findings as follow: (1) academic supervision influences teachers performance with percentage value 35,10%; (2) working circumstance influences teacher’s performance with percentage value 40,50%; (3) the combination of academic supervision and working circumstance influence even more teachers’ performance with percentage value 28,30%
