KONTRIBUSI SUPERVISI AKADEMIK DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA GURU

Abstract


Abstrak: Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan besarnya konstribusi: (1) supervisi akademik kepala sekolah disiplin kerja guru, (2) gaya kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja guru, (3) supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan gaya kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama terhadap disiplin kerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di SMA Sub-Rayon 2 Kota Pontianak. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa kondisi rata-rata setiap variabel yaitu (1) supervisi akademik kepala sekolah adalah tinggi; (2) gaya kepemimpinan adalah sangat baik; dan (3) disiplin kerja guru adalah sangat tinggi. Selain dari itu, (1) tidak ada hubungan antara supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja guru. (2) ada hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja guru.

Abstract: The general objective of this study was to determine the effect and magnitude of the contribution: (1) the principal supervision academic toward  teacher work discipline, (2) leadership style toward  the teacher work discipline, (3) the principal supervision academic and leadership style together toward teacher work discipline. This study uses quantitative methods which was implemented in SMA Sub-Rayon 2 Kota Pontianak, The results of analysis in this study found some average conditions of each variable namely (1) the principal supervision academic is high; (2) the leadership style is very good; and (3) the work discipline of teachers is very high. Was obtained: (1) there is no connection between the principal supervision academic and discipline of the teachers; (2) there is a relationship between leadership style to teacher work discipline; and (3) there is relationship together between the principal supervision academic and leadership style on teacher work discipline.
