PENGARUH SUPERVISI AKADEMIK DAN KEPEMIMPINAN SITUASIONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP NEGERI SAMBAS
Abstract
Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh supervisi akademik dan kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Subrayon 4 Sambas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan yaitu data kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 106 orang guru. Sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 84 orang guru. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket dengan model pengukuran menggunakan skala Likert. Data yang telah terkumpul ditabulasi. Kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan bantuan program aplikasi komputer, yaitu SPSS versi 16 for Window. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) Beta (b1) sebesar 0.407= 40,70%, 2) pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah (X2) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) Beta (b1) sebesar 0,324= 32.40%, 3) pengaruh supervisi akademik (X1) dan kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah (X2) terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,395 atau 39,50%. Hasil uji F yang terlihat pada output ANOVA dari hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa Fhitung > Ftabel (26,431 > 3,105).

Abstract : This research to reveal the influence of the academic supervision and situational leadership principals on teacher performance SMP in Subrayon 4 Sambas. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used is quantitative data. The population in this research were 106 teachers. While the sample amounted to 84 teachers. Data were collected using a questionnaire with measurement models using Likert scale. The collected data is tabulated. Then analyzed with the help of a computer application program, SPSS version 16 for Window. The results showed that 1) the influence of the academic supervision of the school head (X1) on teacher performance (Y) Beta (b1) of 0.407 = 40.70%, 2) the effect of situational leadership principals (X2) the performance of teachers (Y) Beta (b1) of 0.324 = 32.40%, 3) effect of academic supervision (X1) and situational leadership principals (X2) on teacher performance of 0.395 or 39, 50%. The test results are shown in the output F ANOVA results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that F count> F table (26.431 > 3.105).
