PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN MENYUSUN TEKS BIOGRAFI MODEL PROJECT BASED LEARNING SISWA SMP NEGERI 2 PONTIANAK

Abstract


Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil pembelajaran menyusun teks biografi menggunakan model project based learning pada siswa kelas VIIIC tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan bentuk penelitiannya adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Sumber data penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia, siswa kelas VIIIC sebanyak 36 siswa dan dokumen seperti RPP, IPKG I. IPKG II. Data berupa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus sebagai berikut. (1) persentase hasil perencanaan mengalami peningkatan, hasil siklus I yaitu 50,94% dan hasil siklus II yaitu 80,76%. (2) persentase hasil pelaksanaan mengalami peningkatan, hasil siklus I 55,5% dan hasil siklus II 85,48%. (3) hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian  rata-rata hasil nilai belajar siswa sebelum melakukan PTK yaitu 69,72. hasil menyusun teks siswa pada siklus I menggunakan project based learning mengalami peningkatan dengan rata-rata 76.29%, dan hasil nilai siklus II dengan rata-rata 78,42%.

Abstract: The purpose of research describes the planning, execution, and result of learning biography compose text using the model of project-based learning in grade VIIIC in academic year 2016/2017. The method used is descriptive method and form of research is classroom action research (PTK). The data source of this research is the teacher of Indonesian, VIIIC grade students were 36 students and documents such as lesson plans, IPKG I. IPKG II. The form of the data are qualitative and quantitative. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles as follows. (1) the percentage of planning has increased, the results of the first cycle is 50.94% and the second cycle is 80.76%. (2) the percentage of implementation has increased, the results of the first cycle of 55.5% and the second cycle of 85.48%. (3) the results obtained from the study average results of student learning value before PTK is 69.72. The text compose results of students in the first cycle using project based learning has increased by an average of 76.29%, and the results of the second cycle with an average of 78.42%.
