PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KERJA SISWA BERBASIS KOMPETENSI DALAM MATERI TURUNAN FUNGSI DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN

Abstract


Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Berbasis Kompetensi, (2) untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dalam memahami, menerapkan, dan memecahkan masalah dengan konsep turunan fungsi. Penelitian ini bersifat pengembangan sehingga metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development approach). Data diperoleh dari tahapan penelitian dan pengembangan sebagai berikut : (1) studi pustaka, (2) survei lapangan, (3) pre-tes, (4) penyusunan, validasi, revisi dan penyempurnaan draf model LKS yang dikembangkan setelah mendapatkan saran dan masukan dari pakar, (5) pos-tes setelah siswa belajar dengan menggunakan Lembar Kerja Siswa Berbasis Kompetensi yang dikembangkan. Dari hasil penelitian dan pengembangan   diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penerapan Lembar Kerja Siswa Berbasis Kompetensi dalam proses pembelajaran dapat memberikan kontribusi di dalam  mengatasi masalah kesenjangan antara bahan ajar dengan pencapaian kompetensi yang diharapkan pasca pembelajaran materi pelajaran “Turunan Fungsi”.

Abstract : The aims of this research are: (1) to develop competency-based student worksheet; (2) to increase student competency in understanding, applying, and solving problems with the concept of the derivative of function. This study was developmental research so the method employed research and development approach. The data were collected from the stages of research and development as follows: (1) literature study (2) field survey, (3) pretest (4) preparation, validation, revision and perfection of the draft model of worksheets developed after getting the advice and input from the experts (5) posttest after the students learnt by using the competency-based student worksheet developed. The results of the research and development concluded that the application of competency-based student worksheet in the learning process helped to overcome a gap between teaching materials and the expected competency achievement in the material of "The Derivative of function".
