PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOMANDO TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SENAM LANTAI GULING DEPAN

Abstract


ABSTRACT: Learning Model Command Influence Learning Outcomes Of Gymnastics Floor roll forward. The problem is there are still students who have not mastered the girls gymnastics floor roll future results. The purpose of this research is to determine: Command influence learning model the learning outcomes gymnastics floor front roll.

Forms of research using experimental methods. Data analysis techniques normality test, homogeneity and test different formulas t test using SPSS 19, and manual, populationt student princess class VIII. Class VIII student population princess. Sampling using random sampling, in this study there are two variables: the dependent variable learning outcomes bolsters front and independent variables command learning.

Once calculated using t-test formula obtained thitung 19.841 with 24 hp at 1.711 ttabel obtained at significance level 0.05. Pre-test 54.67. Post-test 89.56. for 12 sessions can improve results by 64.55% next roll.

ABSTRAK: Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Komando Terhadap Hasil Belajar Senam Lantai Guling Depan. Permasalahan yaitu masih terdapat siswa putri yang belum menguasai hasil senam lantai guling depan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: Pengaruh model pembelajaran komando terhadap hasil belajar senam lantai guling depan.

Bentuk penelitian menggunakan Metode eksperimen. Analisis data menggunakan teknik uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji beda dengan rumus uji t menggunakan SPSS 19, dan manual, Populasi siswa putri Kelas VIII. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling sebanyak 25 siswa, Dalam penelitian ini ada dua variabel yaitu: variabel terikat hasil pembelajaran guling depan dan variabel bebas pembelajaran komando.

Setelah dihitung mengunakan rumus uji t diperoleh thitung 19,841 dengan dk 24 diperoleh ttabel sebesar 1,711 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Pre-test 54,67. Post-test 89,56. Treatment dilaksanakan selama 12 kali pertemuan dengan hasil sebesar 64,55%.
