PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI PONTIANAK SELATAN
Abstract
Abstrak : Penelitian ini menggambarkan kontribusi kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru, kontribusi motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dan kontribusi kompetensi profesional dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dengan teknik pengujian menggunakan skala Likert. Uji validitas menggunakan rumus Pearson Product Moment dengan program SPSS version 20,0, semua pertanyaan valid. Uji reliabelitas menggunakan Statistics Cronbach's Alpha. Hasil uji coba diperoleh reliabelitas adalah > 0,60 yaitu sebesar 0,966. Hasil analisis data (1) kompetensi profesional adalah tinggi, (2) motivasi kerja guru adalah tinggi, dan (3) kinerja guru juga tinggi. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (1) antara kompetensi profesional dengan kinerja guru, dengan nilai secara keseluruhan (100%) responden merupakan kategori kompetensi tinggi, (2) antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru, dengan nilai 76,38 %, (3) antara kompetensi profesional dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai 0,24 atau 0,24 < 90,53, ini berarti antara Kompetensi Profesional dan Motivasi Kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Guru.

Absrack : The research describes the contribution of professional competence describes against the performance of the teachers, the contribution of work motivation on performance and contribution to professional competence of teachers and the motivation of working against the performance of teachers. There is a significant relationship (1) between the professional competence with the performance of the teachers, with the overall value (100%) of the respondents was the high competence categories, (2) between the motivation of working with teacher performance, with a value of 76.38%, (3) between the professional competence and motivation of working together on performance guru with a value of 0.24 or 0.24 < 90.53, this means between Professional Competence and motivation of working together on performance of teachers.
