KEBUGARAN JASMANI ATLET ATLETIK NOMOR LARI, PANAHAN, PENCAK SILAT, KARATE DAN TINJU PADA PPLP KALIMANTAN BARAT

Abstract


Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani atlet atletik nomor lari, panahan, pencak silat, karate dan tinju pada PPLP Kalimantan Barat. Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet atletik nomor lari, panahan, pencak silat, karate dan tinju pada PPLP Kalimantan Barat berjumlah 28 atlet yang terdiri 17 atlet putra dan 11 atlet putri. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Total Sampling yaitu semua anggota populasi mendapatkan kesempatan yang sama untuk menjadi sampel. Dengan demikian penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh atlet atletik nomor lari, panahan, pencak silat, karate dan tinju pada PPLP Kalimantan Barat yang berjumlah 28 atlet. Keseluruhan atlet atletik nomor lari, panahan, pencak silat, karate dan tinju PPLP Kalimantan Barat yang memiliki kemampuan VO2 Max dengan kategori Excellent adalah 1 orang dengan persentase 4%, Very good yaitu 11 orang dengan persentasi 39%, kategori Good berjumlah 4 orang  dengan persentasi 14%, kategori average berjumlah 6 orang dengan persentasi 22%, kategori fair berjumlah 2 orang dengan persentasi 7% dan pada poor yaitu berjumlah 4 orang dengan persentasi 14%.

Abstract: The aim of the research was to find out the level of athlete physical fitness of the athletics of track running, archery, martial arts, karate and boxing at Education and Training Development Center Student Sports (PPLP) in West Borneo. The method of this research was descriptive in the form of survey. The population was all the athletes of track running, archery, martial arts, karate and boxing at Education and Training Development Center Student Sports (PPLP) in West Borneo in total 28 athletes that consist of 17 male athletes and 11 female athletes. The sampling method used Total Sampling technique where all members of the population have an equal chance to being included in the sample. Therefore, this study used all athletes of track running, archery, martial arts, karate and boxing at Education and Training Development Center Student Sports (PPLP) in West Borneo. The total athletes of track running, archery, martial arts, karate and boxing at Education and Training Development Center Student Sports (PPLP) in West Borneo that had the ability of VO2 Max in excellent category was 1 athlete with the percentage of 4%, 11 athletes or 39% included in very good category, 4 athletes with percentage of 14% included in good category, 6 average athletes with the percentage of 22%, 2 fair athletes with the percentage of 7% and the 4 poor athletes with the percentage of 14%.
