DESKRIPSI PENERAPAN MODEL THINK PAIR SHARE DENGAN PENDEKATAN PROBLEM POSING PADA MATERI STOIKIOMETRI

Abstract


Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share dengan pendekatan Problem Posing yang dilakukan oleh guru pada materi Stoikiometri dan mendeskripsikan kendala atau kesulitan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share dengan pendekatan Problem Posing yang dilakukan oleh guru pada materi Stoikiometri kelas X MIA 4 SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru kimia kelas X MIA 4. Penerapan model Think Pair Share dengan pendekatan Problem Posing terlaksana sebesar 95,45% dari yang sudah direncanakan. Kendala yang dihadapi selama pembelajaran menggunakan model Think Pair Share dengan pendekatan Problem Posing adalah minimnya buku yang disediakan dari sekolah, hubungan yang tidak terjalin dengan baik antar anggota kelompok, kurangnya pemahaman guru dan siswa tentang prinsip problem posing.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to describe the use of the learning model named Think Pair Share with Problem Posing approach which is conducted by the teacher in stoichiometry subject. Also the purpose of this research is to describe the difficulties which are found in the learning process by using Think Pair Share with Problem Posing approach which is conducted by the teacher in stoichiometry subject in class X MIA 4 SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak. The method of this research is descriptive. The subjects of this research are the students and the chemistry teachers in class X MIA 4. The application of Think Pair Share model with Problem Posing approach has been implemented by 95,45% from the researcher’s plan. The faced difficulty during learning process are, the lack of books in that school, an anharmonic group members, and lack of teachers’ and students’ understanding about the principle of Problem Posing.
