UPAYA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR FORWARD ROLL MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN LANGSUNG BERBANTU MEDIA KELAS XI
Abstract
Abstrak: Tujuan penelitiaan ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar senam lantai forward roll melalui model pembelajaran langsung berbantu media pada siswa kelas XI SMA PGRI 1 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriftif dengan jenis penelitian “Classroom Action Research”(Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA PGRI 1 Pontianak sebanyak 38 siswa. Hasil analisis data ini terbukti dengan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar senam lantai forward roll yang cukup baik, yaitu pada pra-implementasi nilai rata-rata 57,8 dengan persentase ketuntasan sebasar 17%. Sedangkan siklus I nilai rata-rata 72,08 dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 42,1%. Kemudian nilai rata-rata siklus II adalah 80,1 dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 92,1%. Penerapan metode pembelajaran senam lantai forward roll melalui model pembelajaran langsung berbantu media terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar senam lantai forward roll.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to identify the improvement in students’ achivement of forward roll through direct learning model with media in garde XI students of SMA PGRI 1 Pontianak. Method of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with descriptive approach. Subject of this research is 38 grade XI students of SMA PGRI 1 Pontianak. the result of research shows that there is an improvement in students’ achivement of forward roll that is categorized in to good category, which is in pre-impementation the average score is 57,8 with passing percentage is 17%. While, the average score of cycle I is 72,01 with passing percentage is 42,1%. Then, the average score of cycle II is 80,1 with passing percentage is 92,1. The implemetation of forward roll through direct learning model with media can improve students’ achievement of forward roll significantly.
