INTERNALISASI KARAKTER DISIPLIN SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN SOSIOLOGI (Studi di SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak)
Abstract
this srudy is internalization of the character of the discipline of students on the subjects of sociology at SMA 5 Pontianak. This study used a qualitative research approach to study the form of Phenomenology. The results of data analysis to internalize the character description of how the teacher poured into the discipline of sociology lesson and reinforced by the school in order SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak. Teachers and principals work together in fostering optimal student discipline is perceived. Implementation oversight that contributed to student discipline ranging from the principal, student representative, security guard, guard the library board seerta pelajan teachers also participated in developing the discipline of students in school. Teacher gives examples of good role models for students, it can be seen coming to and from school on time, cleanliness, beauty and greeting familiar to students both at the start and after the lesson ends.
Abstrak: penelitian ini adalah Internalisasi Karakter Disiplin Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Sosiologi di SMA 5 Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendektan penelitian kualitatif dengan bentuk studi Fenomenologi. Hasil analisis data diperoleh gambaran cara guru menginternalisasikan karakter disiplin yang dituangkan kedalam pelajaran sosiologi dan diperkuat dengan adanya tata tertib sekolah di SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak. Guru dan kepala sekolah bekerja sama dalam membina disiplin siswa sudah dirasakan optimal. Pelaksanaan pengawasan disiplin siswa yang ikut berperan mulai dari kepala sekolah, wakil kesiswaan, satpam, penjaga perpustakaan seerta para dewan guru mata pelajan juga ikut berpartisipasi dalam mengembangkan disiplin siswa disekolah. Guru memberikan contoh tauladan yang baik terhadap siswa, ini dapat dilihat dari datang dan pulang sekolah tepat waktu, kebersihan, keindahan serta membiasakan ucapan salam terhadap peserta didik baik pada saat memulai dan sesudah berakhir pelajaran.
