PENGGUNAAN MODEL KOOPERATIF TIPE THINK PAIR SHARE BERBANTUAN MULTIMEDIA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR DAN RESPON SISWA
Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar dan respon siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Bengkayang pada materi reaksi redoks menggunakan model kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) berbantuan multimedia dibandingkan dengan menggunakan model Kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) tanpa berbantuan multimedia dan respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian “Nonequivalent Control Group Design”. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik pengukuran berupa tes hasil belajar dan teknik komunikasi tidak langsung berupa angket respon siswa. Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan uji U Mann Whitney menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran diperoleh tingkat persetujuan rata-rata sebesar 80,43% dengan kriteria tinggi.

Abstract: This research is intended to know the difference between learning outcome and students' response in the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Bengkayang on redox reaction material by using cooperative model of Think Pair Share (TPS) technique with the absence of multimedia and students' response toward learning. This research is conducted in quasi-experimental form by "Non Equivalent Control Group Design” with measurement technique by learning outcome test and indirect communication in students' response questioner form. Based on the analysis by using U Mann Whitney test, it showed that there is different achievement of learning outcome in the experimental and the control class. From the data of students' response toward learning, at the end, it is known that the statement presentage is on high criterion level at 80.43%.
