PERAN EFEKTIVITAS KOMUNIKASI DAN PEMBERIAN REWARD TERHADAP KEPERCAYAAN DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN CV PRIMA RIZKI COORPORATION
Abstract
Komunikasi adalah prasyarat kehidupan manusia, dimana melalui komunikasi seseorang menyampaikan apa yang ada dalam benak pikirannya dan perasaan hati nuraninya kepada orang lain baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Akan tetapi, komunikasi hanya akan efektif apabila pesan yang disampaikan dapat ditafsirkan sama oleh penerima pesan tersebut. Dalam konteks organisasi, efektivitas komunikasi menjadi faktor yang penting dalam menjalin hubungan antara atasan dan karyawan. Faktor lain yang merupakan hal penting adalah pemberian reward, dimana setiap pekerjaan seharusnya seimbang dengan reward yang didapatkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melihat kedua hal tersebut dan bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap kepercayaan dan kinerja karyawan dari CV Prima Rizki Coorporation yang bergerak dalam impor limbah sawit. Dari hasil yang didapat, terbukti bahwa efektivitas komunikasi dan pemberian reward memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif. Dimana efektivitas komunikasi memiliki pengaruh 0.430 (sig. 0.003) terhadap kepercayaan dan 0.443 (sig. 0,005) terhadap kinerja karyawan, pemberian reward memiliki pengaruh 0.258 (sig. 0.011) terhadap kepercayaan dan 0.302 (sig. 0,006) terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0.486 (sig. 0,013) terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Prima Rizki Coorporation
