FoodTech: Jurnal Teknologi Pangan

FoodTech: Jurnal Teknologi Pangan is a peer-reviewed and open access journal managed by Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Tanjungpura. Published twice a year in May and October, it serves as a comprehensive platform for researchers to access the latest issues, findings and studies in the field of food chemistry, food microbiology, food engineering, agricultural product technology, food safety, nutrition and health. Articles are managed through an online submission system. The accepted/received manuscripts have not been published or are being considered for publication in another journal.
