A thesis about the problems discussed there are economic development in west kalimantan based on districts .Today the condition of local expenditure is increasing from year to year and labor and economic growth always fluktuatif shows that in not so fast so that generate to be researched further.

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of regional expenditure and manpower on economic growth in west kalimantan .This study using a method of descriptive quantitative using data panel ( a combination of time series and cross section of which use a method of multiplier regression analysis.

This research result indicates that regional expenditure of districts in west kalimantan it has some positive effects and significant on economic growth and labor have had a positive impact and insignificant on the growth of economic as well as regional spending and labor if in a test taken together have had a positive impact and significantly to economic growth.This indicates that regional spending and labor constituting a unit in effecting economic growth
